Gina specializes in working with first responders and adults who are looking to learn new skills to manage trauma or especially strong emotions.


If you’ve been feeling weighed down by past experiences, uncertain about your emotions, or disconnected from yourself or others, Gina works with you to gently untangle what feels heavy and move toward understanding, self-compassion, and healing at a pace that feels right for you. She’s a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in forensic psychology from The Chicago School who is passionate about helping clients navigate trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth with authenticity and care.​

Gina has experience supporting adults and first responders who have experienced trauma, as well as individuals managing anxiety, grief, anger, and interpersonal challenges. She draws from acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build awareness, resilience, and tools for lasting change. With a background in supporting clients in both intensive outpatient and crisis settings, Gina brings a grounded and empathetic presence to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.
